I’ve lived on Tiree for over 10 years and have built up a growing number of fitness enthusiasts! Fitness training has always driven me to be involved in different things, from windsurfing to ironman racing. I’m pleased to be able to run a business focussed around sharing that passion and encouraging others into sport and physical activity.
Qualifications: Premier Diploma in Personal Training, REPS Level 3, Sports Massage Therapist, Kettlebell Instructor, Triathlon Coach, Advanced Windsurf Instructor, Sports Nutrition, Circuit Training, Exercise to Music and Core Stability.

XTerra wetsuits now have a base in the UK and stock top quality wetsuits offering a combination of performance, flexibility and durability. “Pushing speed beyond human limitations.” Having a decent wetsuit it critical for me as I train in the Atlantic off the coast of Scotland and I’ve got to get as much free speed out of the swim as possible, my XTerra suit does the job better than anything else I’ve tried.
