First night back at circuits, thanks everyone who came and made it a fun class. Here’s a quick note of that mini workout which you were going to do every day until next week. Repeat enough times through to make 10 minutes.
Spot jog, side to side, heel digs, back lunge, jumping jacks, high low squats, fast feet jumps. Add a set of press ups and a 1 minute plank for extra marks. I’ll be asking next week how you got on…..
