Circuits: Thursdays 6pm, Starts 6th September, School Hall. The Burn. Guaranteed to get you in shape. A circuit is a series of exercise stations which work different parts of the body. There are easy and hard options at each station so you can work at your own level. In one class you can expect to go round the whole circuit several times, and each week you will see your fitness improve.
The Burn is a 5 week programme where you’re going to have the opportunity to kick start your fitness, stop messing around and put some work in, see real results and feel great for it! Extra gym classes are available, circuits are on every week, you’ll get homework, you can test your fitness at the start and at the end so you see your progress. This is the break you’ve been looking for!
