Well done everyone who is doing the 10 Day Challenge; we’re half way through tomorrow. Great work everyone who was at circuits tonight too, that was a great class and you all worked really hard. Anyone who is not doing the challenge; the workouts are all on the Personal Training page of this website. It’s basically a challenge to do a 20 minute workout every day for 10 days. We finish next Thursday at circuits so keep up the good work. I’ll email out the challenge each evening so anyone wanting to be included in that just drop me an email.
