Coming up in January, new classes to help you get in shape for 2014:
Monday nights: Legs, Bums & Tums
Thursday nights: NetFit followed by Circuits
I’ll confirm venue and times later. The classes will run for 6 weeks starting 13th January.
And there’s a few spaces left for Gym Sessions if you think you need an extra push in the right direction.
