It’s in at the deep end as we start the New Year; some tough challenges coming up right from the start. So buckle up, get ready and lets go to work!
Personal Training sessions will start on Monday 10th January and I will be in touch with all my clients over the coming days to confirm times/days. Because of new time constraints (!!) I’m slimming down the number of sessions I’m doing but will hopefully be able to offer everybody (including any new clients) at least one gym session and a group workout class at An Talla each week.
2011 is the year for raising the bar to the next level, setting yourself a new challenge, doing something you never thought possible. I’ve set my targets for this year, have you?
