Making our way through the first week

Today we've got two main sets:

Rows
Curls
Swings
Lat raise
Kickback

And then down to the floor for an ab burner:

Pullover + single leg kick out
Twist crunch kickers
Side reclined crunch
Pullover crunch
100 Press ups!

Get through that lot and you're smashing it :)
